Knowledge Lounge
A calm, thoughtfully curated space where children feel relaxed, safe, and ready to learn. The Knowledge Lounge is designed to spark curiosity. Children observe picture cards, explore learning materials, and interact with teachers through small-group discussions. Here, they begin to understand the world through exploration and observation. Every moment encourages early thinking, builds vocabulary, and nurtures confidence. It is a space where learning is not rushed but gently discovered.
Activity Room
The Activity Room is the heart of creativity at KMV Red Hills KINDY. Filled with colours, art tools, clay, craft materials, blocks, and hands-on learning kits, it allows children to bring their imagination to life. Here, they paint freely, create models, learn to cut and paste, and explore textures and colours. Each activity strengthens fine motor skills, improves concentration, and helps children express their ideas beautifully. This room blends creativity, exploration, and joyful learning—essential elements of early childhood development.
Montessori Activity Room
Carefully arranged shelves and authentic Montessori materials create an environment where children learn through independent exploration. They choose their own activities—pouring, threading, sorting, building, and matching—each designed to develop coordination, orderliness, and discipline. Teachers observe quietly, stepping in only when needed, encouraging children to think, try, repeat, and succeed on their own. This room builds important life skills such as independence, problem-solving, patience, and focus, preparing children for higher levels of learning.
Library
Our library is more than a collection of books—it is a warm, inspiring world where stories come alive. Soft seating, colourful shelves, and picture books invite children to pick up a book and explore. They enjoy story sessions with teachers, flip through books independently, and build listening and comprehension skills. The library encourages imagination, emotional connection, and early literacy. It lays the foundation for reading habits that last a lifetime.
Fun Zone
The Fun Zone is an energetic indoor play area designed to make movement enjoyable. With soft play equipment, balancing beams, tunnels, slides, and interactive setups, children stay active even indoors. They learn to take turns, share, and work as a team. Climbing, crawling, and balancing help them build confidence, resilience, and social skills. This lively space supports physical, social, and emotional development.
Playground
A large, safe, and child-friendly outdoor area where children enjoy active play every day. From swings and slides to open play spaces and sand corners, the playground encourages full-body movement. Children run freely, explore nature, build sand structures, and enjoy fresh air. Outdoor play strengthens muscles, improves coordination, and supports healthy emotional development. It is a space where joy, movement, and freedom come naturally.
Dance Room
Bright mirrors, rhythmic music, and an encouraging atmosphere make the dance room a favourite among young learners. Children learn simple dance steps, move to beats, express emotions through actions, and enjoy group performances. Dance helps them develop confidence, coordination, rhythm, flexibility, and body awareness. It is a space that inspires creativity and joyful expression.
Sportsground
The Champions Ground is a spacious and vibrant outdoor area where the entire KINDY family comes together to celebrate special moments. It is the main venue for our Annual Day, Sports Day, school carnivals, parent sports, fun games, and many other joyful events that create lasting memories for children and parents alike. The ground also supports a wide range of outdoor games and activities that help children stay active, confident, and team-oriented. For our grown-up kids, the ground is additionally used for special cricket coaching sessions, conducted in a safe, structured, and age-appropriate manner.
AV Room
A modern audio-visual space that makes learning interactive and engaging. With projectors, smart screens, and comfortable seating, children enjoy videos, animated lessons, songs, rhymes, stories, and virtual explorations. Visual learning helps them understand concepts faster, stay focused, and remember information more effectively. It turns everyday lessons into interesting and memorable experiences.
Splash Pool
The Splash Pool brings joy, excitement, and relaxation to our little learners. Children engage in safe water play with floating toys, pouring activities, and gentle splashing. Water play enhances sensory development, improves hand-eye coordination, and has a calming effect. Under the supervision of trained staff, each session is filled with fun, confidence-building moments, and refreshing experiences children look forward to.
Assembly Area
A cheerful open space where children gather each morning to begin their day with positivity. They participate in songs, stretches, stories, birthday celebrations, and important announcements. The assembly helps children become confident speakers, good listeners, and active participants in the school community. It builds a sense of routine, belonging, and togetherness, setting a happy tone for the rest of the day.
Auditorium
A spacious, well-lit hall where children showcase their talents and celebrate special moments. Festival events, annual day performances, theme-based shows, and class presentations all take place here. Standing on stage helps children overcome shyness, build self-esteem, and enjoy the joy of performing. The auditorium becomes a space where families gather to applaud, appreciate, and create lasting memories.
Gardening Area
A peaceful green space that helps children reconnect with nature. With tiny tools in hand, they plant seeds, water saplings, observe leaves, and watch plants grow over time. They learn responsibility, patience, and the importance of caring for the environment. The gardening area also introduces basic science concepts such as sunlight, soil, growth, and seasons through simple observation. Children feel immense pride as they see their plants grow taller each week.
